All content on the My Line Telecom website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of My Line Telecom and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA for subscribed plans, My Line Telecom makes no warranty, express or implied, that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements beyond what is stated in your service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Line Telecom shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services or SMS communications, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the incident.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
