1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at myline.tel, contacting My Line Telecom, enrolling in any of our services, or communicating with us via SMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services and website immediately.

2 SMS / Text Messaging Terms

The following terms govern all SMS communications between you and My Line Telecom:

2.1 Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By texting our support number (305) 356-1411, you expressly consent to receive two-way SMS messages from My Line Telecom related to your support request or service inquiry. You understand that:

2.2 How to Opt Out / Unsubscribe

You may opt out of SMS communications from My Line Telecom at any time using the following keywords:

STOP Unsubscribe from all SMS messages. You will receive one final confirmation message.
HELP Receive help information including our contact details and opt-out instructions.
CANCEL Alternative opt-out keyword. Same effect as STOP.
QUIT Alternative opt-out keyword. Same effect as STOP.

After opting out, you will not receive further SMS messages unless you re-initiate contact. You may re-subscribe at any time by texting START to our support number.

Carrier Disclaimer: My Line Telecom and participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most major US wireless carriers. Carrier support for SMS is not guaranteed for all carriers.

2.3 Privacy of Your Phone Number via SMS

Your phone number will never be shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy — specifically the SMS & Phone Number Privacy section — for our full commitment regarding how we handle your contact information.

3 Description of Services

My Line Telecom provides the following services to business and residential customers in Miami, Florida and surrounding areas:

All services are subject to separate service agreements, which will be provided upon enrollment. These Terms apply generally to all interactions with My Line Telecom.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services or SMS communications for any unlawful, abusive, or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of services and/or reporting to appropriate authorities.

5 Intellectual Property

All content on the My Line Telecom website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of My Line Telecom and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA for subscribed plans, My Line Telecom makes no warranty, express or implied, that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements beyond what is stated in your service agreement.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Line Telecom shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services or SMS communications, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the incident.

8 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

9 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
